- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These girls that work their can't handle any claims. State farm has lost their customer service. I am very dissapointed with this new agent. I have never met her or spoken with her. I had an incident that happened in September that has not been taken care of yet ..It took them 2 months to transfer my policy to a new agent and onto a different car. Is this normal??
