    Horrible customer service, and horrible communication. I was first received by Edwin, he was sitting behind Patricia(Patty). He first attended me, when I came in to set up my automatic deposit. At first I was told by Edwin that I needed one of 3 things, a VOID check,Bank Statement, or a Deposit Form. He specifically told me that one of either 3 things were good for me to set up my automatic deposit.The next day I went to my bank to get the Bank Statement, since that's what he said it would be ok to set it up. I walk in and Patty attends me, and ends up telling me that I needed a VOID check because what I gave her was too much to fax over to the insurance company. As I go back to my Bank and ask for a VOID check, and go back to this specific Adriana's Insurance, she did the whole set up of the Automatic payment, and when she was done she just dismissed me with "Have a nice day" did not even look at me, did not even politely say everything was ready to go, just grabbed my paperwork and dismissed me after she did a couple of phone calls. And I was concerned about my payment on the fourth of March, and asked her if my next payment was going to be on the 21st of every month, after my payment on March, she dismissed me with "Just wait until your next payment, just wait, and you will see". She didn't even care to look up my information, she didn't even care to check for me, because I guess it was ENOUGH for me to ask her to set up my Automatic Payment after they had me running back and forth 3 times to the bank. Very unprofessional,very rude, and horrible customer service, yes the job got done, but with a very bad attitude and horrible customer service.
